New Computer Technology Cures Diabetes

December 13, 2018

In a quest to get around Moore’s Law, an international PhD student has discovered a new computer technology that has many applications in medical devices. It makes it possible to cure diabetes in a very convenient way. “Diabetic patients can eat whatever they want, whenever they want, without any limitations. They will live pretty much a normal life,” the inventor says. This technology is the next step in computer hardware technologies. It uses piezoelectric materials instead of semiconductors. For many years, scientists knew there was such a possibility, but nobody knew how it could be harnessed. The main advantage is that energy consumption is more than a billion times smaller than the current semiconductor-based technology. Consequently, computer devices will never heat up. The energy consumption is so low that it can be harvested from the environment. In the medical applications, the energy can be harvested from body motions. The device may have...

December 27, 2018

The holiday season is upon us and celebrations are in full swing. From celebrating the end of the year, the beginning of a new one, or just all of those family functions- it is no surprise that we end and begin the year in celebration. This time of year can be stressful for many, but the actual act of celebrating is shown to lift the spirits, reduce stress and our feelings of loneliness. The truth is that celebrating our accomplishments is a great way to boost our morale and our immune systems. Ali Craig, founder of the Soulfire® Method () says, “Think of celebrations like gratitude on steroids. Why The Idea Of Selling To The Pain Won’t Sell In 2019

December 19, 2018

It is commonplace to “sell to the pain.” Every guru, coach, and business article promotes you to “sell to the pain.” And though on some level an effective motivator in theory, when everyone else is selling low the only way to stand out is to sell high. What does that mean when everyone is taking the pain approach? It means you have to sell to the celebration. Founder of Entreventure™() Ali Craig says, “It means instead of selling to all the pain, fear, and misery your audience is in now you sell to the celebration of where they are going to be after they work with you, buy your product, and have their lives transformed. This marketing approach is the long-term, big vision, keeping the faith approach.” Craig believes instead of taking this dependence as something to fear, consider it as the ultimate motivator to succeed. Because when you believe in yourself enough and the transformation you provide...
