Comfywave announces gift sets of four bandana baby bibs
April 28, 2016
Comfywave has announced that it is selling its popular Comfywave Baby Bandana Bibs as a gift set of four exclusively on Amazon.com.
The bandana baby bibs, which feature colorful cute baby patterns on the 100 percent cotton front, are backed with superabsorbent polyester fleece, which keeps babies dry and clean.
“Many moms already know that there are a lot of problems with common bibs,” a spokesperson for the company said. “Many are made from low-quality materials and fall apart and some of them scratch or irritate a baby’s sensitive skin.”
Comfywave Baby Bibs have an adjustable neck that can fit babies from 3 to 36 months and use durable, nickel-free snaps. Having a bib that’s adjustable is important for fit, the spokesperson said, but many bibs use Velcro, which can snag a baby’s skin and destroy the clothes.
“Getting the right fit for a baby bib is a big deal,” the spokesperson for the company...

April 28, 2016
Oravital Inc., the Toronto-based developer of the Oravital® System for the diagnosis and treatment of the oral infections that cause gum disease, bad breath and cavities, recently launched its BiofilmDNA™ salivary test.
This highly-sensitive DNA test detects the numbers and presence of a wide variety of oral pathogens, via a combination of samples taken from the patient’s saliva, tongue and gums.
According to practicing Toronto dentist and Oravital CEO Dr. James Hyland, “This advanced and accurate analysis provides the dentist with a detailed, whole-mouth picture of their patient’s oral health - which is very important because unless the whole mouth is tested and treated, reinfection occurs.
Oravital’s new BiofilmDNA™ test is a powerful complement to its BiofilmGS™ test, which uses site-specific Gram stain analysis to determine the exact type and location of oral infection. Both the BiofilmDNA™...

Finance Experts Assert Social Security Stereotypes Often Doom Recipients
April 28, 2016
The image of Social Security recipient as senior citizen wrapped in blankets and dutifully clipping coupons to stretch their monthly check it long gone. Active, healthy boomers have combined with longer life spans to fuel a retirement revolution of second careers, education and travel that defy past generations, and nowhere is this more felt than with Social Security.
Consider—in 2015, over 59 million Americans received almost $870 billion in Social Security benefits. Nine out of 10 individuals age 65 and older receive Social Security benefits. An estimated 165 million workers are covered under Social Security. Retired workers and their dependents account for 72 percent of total benefits paid. Disabled workers and their dependents account for 15 percent of total benefits paid.
The government program is therefore incredibly popular, one of the few such programs that can confidently claim that mantle. Today’s beneficiaries can choose from eight separate...
